iMac的鼠标，mighty mouse，也萎了！中间那个用来scroll up or down的小球，怎么都没法scroll down了（up倒还是可以）。大家知道，光会up是很尴尬的呀。。。=,= （[众人] #$#@!$#@!$!@#$…）偏偏Apple把东东都设计地太完美了，偶琢磨把弄了半天，也没想出怎么把这鼠标给拆开。在这种情况下，标准kidding式逻辑判断思路是：

1、唉，终于还是坏了！虽然不能用滚球向下翻页，按住按键拖动窗口滚动条勉强还是可以浏览网页的，可是毕竟还是坏了，太残缺了！
2、虽然家里闲置的鼠标键盘有很多，但是如果把一般的鼠标接iMac上面，实在是太不完美了！别扭！
3、那么只好买个新的mighty mouse了。
4、一样是买新的，不如买个无线蓝牙的新键盘和鼠标吧，正好有个借口嘛。
4、一样要买新键盘和鼠标了，不如整个iMac都换个24寸的更快一点的新电脑吧。。。

好在刚买了新PC现金流受到一定影响才没做出冲动的事情。。。=,= 所以偶就只好网上google看看有没有DIY自己修理的办法了，结果goo到在ehow上一篇指南《How to Fix a Mac Mighty Mouse That Doesn’t Scroll》。无责任转贴如下：

Diagnose the Problem

Step1
Try cleaning the external parts of the apple mighty mouse with rubbing alcohol first. The scroll ball often stops working because dirt particles get into the small wheels inside the mouse that the scroll ball rolls against. Be sure to unplug the mouse from its power source before doing anything.

Step2
Apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol to a paper towel or lint free cloth.

Step3
Wipe the scroll ball with the rubbing alcohol, making sure to roll the scroll ball with the damp cloth. This makes sure that all sides of the scroll ball get clean. Remove any loosened dirt using a dry part of the towel.

Step4
Wait for the alcohol to evaporate for 30 minutes or more and then plug the mighty mouse back into a power source. Test the scroll ball. If your scroll ball still won’t work properly, continue to the next section.
Fix the problem

Step1
Unplug the mouse and find a well lit area and a clean surface to work on. The mighty mouse is comprised of small components that can stop functioning correctly if exposed to more dirt, or if pieces are lost when taking the mighty mouse apart.

Step2
Remove the inner ring by using a small screwdriver to lift it out. Don’t force the inner ring out. There are eight pins attached to the ring on the inside that can break easily.

Step3
Cut around the outer ring with a small utility knife, separating the glue from the plastic on the mighty mouse. This is easy to break, so take your time when removing this piece. The goal is to lift it out in one piece.

Step4
Insert your small screwdriver on the top side of the mouse cord so that once separated, the mouse cord is attached to the bottom panel of the mouse components. Press the still attached part of the mouse sideways to loosen the hinges.

Step5
Leave the two flat cables attached once separated. Using a small Phillips head screwdriver, unscrew the three screws holding the roller ball in.

Step6
Take off the white inner casing carefully to release the ball and inner wheel pins. These are extremely small so consider using a small tray to prevent them from rolling away while you remove any dirt and grime from them.

Step7
Reassemble the mouse by reversing these steps, being sure to snap together the pieces of your mighty mouse carefully to avoid accidentally cracking the plastic.

好复杂啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊～～～～～～～～最要命的是偶竟然还认真读完并且左手捧着待解剖的鼠标右手握着瑞士军刀已经笔划了一下大致过程，但是因为这丫的帖子写得太抽象了实在是重读了n遍想了n久！（[众人] 是英文阅读能力的问题吧。。。=,= [kidding] 哦不不不，是怕贸然动手把鼠标给拆裂了，帖子里不是警告过了么。。。=,=）

万事俱备，深呼吸，正要开始动手时，眼睛突然瞄到该帖子下面有个超不起眼的回帖：

“The only thing you have to do is get a blank piece of white photo-copying paper, turned the mouse upside down and vigorously rubbed the scroll wheel across the paper up and down and from side to side for about 30 seconds and then give me your Thx. ;-D”

才试了两秒，竟然真的有效。。。
